Refund Policy

At easyT we want you to be satisfied with your learning investment. If a course does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions below.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to individual courses when less than 30% of the content has been accessed within 14 days of purchase. Bundles and membership plans may have separate terms shown at checkout.

How to request a refund

Contact our support team with your order number and account email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-refundable items

Completed courses, issued certificates, and certain promotional purchases may not be refundable.
